Ah, love an opportunity to draw my garish boi, again. 

Axe is considerably thinner than other Sans', and while yes, he will eat meat *cough cough* his favourite food is actually small berries. He will forage for them and share them with a certain tiny someone.

They do get stuck in his teeth though.
