A hybrid of human and the Great Old One Father Dagon can’t bring herself to take her first human life. Instead, she falls in love with the drowning sailor and saves him. Then she makes a deal with an evil witch so that she can join the human she loves in his own world. But there’s a possible catch, and a deadly one at that.

This was such a well-written story I just couldn't help but narrate it.
