Tier changes (Patreon)

I'll most likely still be doing some tinkering, but I've more or less made the main changes for the moment as previously mentioned. 

From here on out the goal is to give you guys early access. The $50 and $100 tiers have been axed for the time being to cut back and focus on quality, and the $25 tier's new reward is a one-character cel shaded piece per month. The lewds and monthly drawing will be unaffected by these changes.
