Restructured Tier Rewards (Patreon)

I (finally) got around to restructuring the rewards for each tier. I placed everything where I felt I could get an optimal output of fun goodies for everyone while ensuring I can produce a quality output of material. They may be subject to some tweaking in the future, but I like where they're at right now and hope you all will too. As always: Thanks for the support!
