Scenario:
After stewing in the previous girls waste, an angelic girl slipped through the door. Kazuma could barely pay attention as a shadow crept over him. He tried to  garble his usual pleas but- this girl closed his lid.

A tool box and cleaning supplies. He got to sit and stair at the girls bouncing boobs as she worked, her perfume filtering out the smells. The toilet felt his heart flutter as she finally managed to flush- her hard work pumpting the waste down bruised the back of the toilets... throat?

Either way- he was eternally grateful to this goddess for sparing him. Although, he was slightly concerned when she removed the cracked flushing mechanism, it felt like he just lost something.

However- he didn't have too much time to thing as Rems stomach gurgled.
