Update 0.2.54a out for All Patrons (Old, look for Halloween update) (Patreon)

HOTFIX  A - we had a few reports of low framerate caused by weather effects. This hotfix reduces the particle effects by around half without compromising on appearance. If you had any issues, please do test this out and let us know. 

I'll be out of the office this morning, so if you encounter any bugs, do leave a comment here or on the discord and I will get back to it as soon as I can.
