DVB News Update Feb 5, 2017 - Commissions (Patreon)

Commissions are now only done directly via PayPal transfers when agreed upon both artist and client. Doing them here via Patreon was a mess.

It was not good having to do commissions I was not able to have initial control  over, like saying a simple yes or no was impossible this way.  Someone would pay the reward and I would get instantly locked into doing whatever they wanted me to do. Overloaded me.

I will leave up the animation reward up only for February 2017 since I never got do them. But that is it. Only Resolution, Image Pack and animation Rewards for now.
