Pregnancy fetish? (Patreon)

As MC is going to have more anal fun, I was thinking it could be fun to add "pregnancy" to the game in one of the future versions. It won't be real pregnancy of course, it would only be an injection from Erika, which would make MC's body to react to all the cum she receives, making her tummy to grow with every creampie. For example 10 creampies would make it slightly bigger than normal and for example 100 creampies would be an equivalent of a 9 month pregnancy. One creampie would affect her body only for 1-2 weeks and as the effect fades away the tummy would reduce the size back if there were no more creampies taken. So to get the full sized "pregnant belly" MC would have to get 100 creampies in 1-2 weeks. Also breasts could grow bigger and would start to lactate (there will also be an injection for lactation without pregnancy).

How would you like to see something like that in the game (if I will add this to the game it will be completely optional)?
