I don't know if anyone is supporting me on here because of Toad Town, but it's been no secret that I really struggle to write the story.

Participating with it during Writathon is no doubt to blame, but I'm also just in a terrible place in my life right now and I'd prefer to focus on stories that I enjoy writing.

I'm already doing this writing stuff to blow off steam from the shittiness of reality, so it feels terrible to have this sense of obligation to write something I've honestly grown to despise.

I'm really sorry if anyone is on here specifically for this series, but for me it's a creative dead end. I understand that it has a following on RR, but I don't really comprehend it, truth be told.

I don't like leaving things unfinished, so it's not a farewell to the story, just probably a month's pause before I consider writing on it again.

If you want you could write a different dungeon core novel

Sorry to hear that you're here specifically for Toad Town, I feel bad about putting it on halt for a bit, but the story I'm working on right now might be interesting to you. The first few chapters will be available to Ascendants by Sunday and Invokers a week or two later, and has some elements in common with CoreLit, but a more unique take, with an emphasis on progression.
