Also I don't see any problem with you using images created for Patreon in these books. End of the day everyone is still paying a fair price for the content. That's just me though, you might want to run a poll on patreon to get more supporters feedback.

I don't know either, because Amazon informed me that Vol. 2 would be treated as an adult book after a while after publication. At that time, the North American store is no longer able to handle it.
