Do you use clip studio? If so, can I ask what brush you use for shading to get that kinda gritty texture?

I do, as a matter of fact. I use mostly regular shaped brushes, triangular in recent times, but I have it tagged to one of the texture files that are built into Clip w/subtract setting for the tex, so it chips away at said triangle. I'm leaning more gradually into just custom brushes as such w/time and am far past the point that I can remember the original sources/names of some of the ones I've used over the years; 'specially 'cuz I edit them all over time to my own personal tastes given how I hold the pen, etc.
