Trying a New Thing This Month

I've been immensely curious about something once again in part based on observing responses and commentary over the years and this month, I want to put it to the test:  Voting will be flattened to one tier, however, free multiple choice will be enabled, meaning ideally each person votes for what they like and doesn't vote for what they don't like.

Forgotten Notice

This was something that's always been kind of an 'issue' since the very beginning but I forgot to mention it in the rules updates and was reminded since it was actually asked, but:

It's largely better for all parties involved to pick a specific character as opposed to a generic unnamed npc or member of a species where appearances can vary a lot, because it opens the field way too much for decisions to be made (and turns it into "now I have to research and create a compliant, random character design") and also often weakens certain things for me in the long-term for the pics
