Hey there! Just a little notice since it's only now been brought to my attention that in very particular circumstances some PSDs don't play as nice as they should with some older versions of Photoshop.

While I'll still need some confirmation; I belieeeve it relates to the Linear Dodge (Add) blending layer that comes up a couple times since I predominantly use Clip Studio Paint and then convert .Clip to .PSD, which 98% of the time works fine but occasionally I miss a spot check where CSP has the Add (Glow) blend which is... *nearly the same thing as Add [CSP] / Linear Dodge (Add) [PSD]* with a tiny tiny difference but enough to give older PS a fit. Also Clip lets you clip-mask whole folders even better than PS but I think I've kicked that habit or corrected those cases a while back.

...

*Clip Studio is just generally a superior art program than PS, minus graphic design usage, imo but I kinda need 4-5 other Adobe CC programs for my regular work, haha*

Newer PS's just tag it "Advanced Blending" and leave a little icon in the layer but I forget that since I have CC 20.0, that there's little bits here and there that accumulate and fall behind at unknown points. Also gj Adobe sending what amounts to C&D notices to everyone who doesn't already perpetually update CC, jeez. Earliest point of reference I have to guess by is CS5 and older. Which makes sort of sense, I think CS6 was the ultimate foundation/function version for CC plus that's approximately 8 major updates of difference atm.

So, it'll proooobably take a while given I can't just take a few days off to do mass file maintenance with my schedule but I'll be little by little going through and checking all my PSDs for instances and adjust them and reupload PSDs and ZIPs throughout Patreon and my webstore one by one as appropriate 'cuz... well it's a consequence of process habit.

If you encounter issues or weirdness in particular PSDs tho' please let me know! In fact drop a message down here in the comments so I can address them in a more timely manner. If I can make a fix without really compromising the artwork then I'm gonna make that fix but I gotta know about it to change it, hahahaha. Except fonts. Fonts have rules, lol.
