I’m with you guys on the main event. I loved the opening 10 minutes, especially seeing Big Drew maximise his role and really lay in to Rollins. Then the crowd started and I got so frustrated that I watched the rest of the match on mute. I tried thinking of the crowd as doing their best Mark & Jez “El Dude Brothers” horns but it didn’t help

The feature article on the Hogan return in this week's Observer is very good. One of the key points made is that WWE was so concerned about what their sponsors thought of Hogan coming back, that they never stopped to consider how the talent felt. I am keen on an eventual Hogan Revisited, not necessarily to retread over this; but for you guys to go watch some of Hogan's matches in Japan. Not going to make the argument that he was some kind of secret superworker, but he worked a nearly entirely different style and moveset in Japan, was a superstar there first and I just thought that it was the big blind spot of the original episode.
