Ryan had resolved the Uchiha Madara's plan for Tsukyomi, but now there was a sense of inactivity in the air. Black Zetsu too seemed to have been destroyed due to Yin Yang Chakra being used. Let's just hope that, this guy doesn't pull out an Orochimaru.

The staff was tirelessly working on the construction and development of Konoha Village, and everything was proceeding remarkably smoothly.

As Ryan glanced at the chat group's interface, he couldn't help but wonder, "Hasn't the next Hokage meeting started yet?" The progress bar indicated that there was still some time before the meeting commenced, leaving him with a lingering feeling of emptiness.

The immense responsibility of unifying the entire ninja world rested solely on his shoulders. It was a remarkable achievement, but he couldn't flaunt it in front of his fellow Hokages. It felt like something was missing.

Then, an idea struck him – a cross-world chat function. This new feature emerged following the latest chat group upgrade. It allowed communication across the world, even when the Hokage meeting was not in session.

Quickly, Ryan accessed the chat interface and initiated a conversation, asking, "What is everyone occupied with?" His message appeared as a light curtain in front of the other Hokages.

Senju Hashirama responded, "I also feel somewhat idle." He continued, "Just a while ago, we effortlessly captured the Land of Water. It seems like the unification of the ninja world is imminent! Ryan, how about you?"

Hashirama was content with his recent achievements, having conquered the Land of Water in one swift move. Ryan replied, "I'm in a similar situation; I've unified the ninja world. Uchiha Madara, who sought to cause trouble with the Impure World Reincarnation, was instantly defeated by me."

After Ryan's message, the chat group fell into a prolonged silence, leaving him bewildered. "Did my message not go through?" he wondered.

Hashirama finally responded, "I'm at a loss for words, and my confidence has been shaken."

Tobirama added, "You are too fast."

Tsunade chimed in, "This is unbelievable! Let the other hokages breathe will you."

Minato strongly disapproved of Ryan's boasting, and the rest of the Hokages agreed.

In Ryan's world, the unification process had been remarkably swift, which greatly unsettled the other Hokages. Some Hokages had barely started the process, and Ryan had already achieved everything, creating a significant disparity that left them feeling envious.

Ryan tried to shift the conversation, saying, "Don't worry! How's the progress in your world? Let's discuss it." Finally, the topic shifted, providing some relief to the wounded pride of the other Hokages.

Tobirama explained, "I've developed a new ninjutsu to rival Devil Fruit abilities. The initial tests have proven very effective, and I used this new ninjutsu to easily secure the Land of Earth."

The other Hokages expressed their admiration and curiosity, diving into a discussion about Tobirama's newly developed ninjutsu.

In the world of the Hokage, bloodline limits were decided upon birth, and yet the pursuit of new abilities through Ninjutsu remained an irresistible temptation.

If you aren't a Lucky Ninja like Jiraya or Mad Scientist like Orochimaru then in your entire shinobi life all you can master are five elemental Jutsu.

Hashirama initiated a chat, asking, "Madara, how's your world faring?"

Madara responded, "Not much of a challenge." With an air of nonchalance, he shared his recent victories, having effortlessly conquered two countries – the Land of Earth and Thunder.

Hashirama, undeterred, replied, "I'm on my way to world unification! You're about to catch up with my progress!"

Madara, with a hint of playful rivalry, retorted, "Haha, Hashirama, just wait; I'll soon outpace you! I'm going to surpass you!"

Without further words, Hashirama was ready to take action. "No more talking; I'll send troops right away!"

As the Hokage exchanged words, their chat didn't last long. Mainly, it was Ryan, Hashirama, and Madara who spoke again. They all enjoyed a moment of leisure, unburdened by pressure.

However, some Hokages, such as Kakashi and Minato, remained largely silent. Their worlds were beset with internal and external challenges, and their plans to attack other lands and Villages were still works in progress. They were not in the mood for casual conversation.

Nonetheless, each Hokage reported on the progress within their respective worlds, with most achieving significant success. Even in worlds with less notable advancement, they were poised for the next stage of development.

With the chat group exchange completed, Ryan closed it, preparing to tend to affairs in his world, aware of the tasks at hand.

Yet, just as he was about to depart, a piercing sound reverberated in his ear – the unmistakable emergency notification of the chat group.

Ryan glanced at the emergency help button, contemplating whether a Hokage required aid. It was a curious coincidence, aligning with their prior conversation.

Ryan discovered a plea for help, originating from the world of the Sixth Hokage, Kakashi. Ryan pondered, "Is it this world? Given the timing, it must be related to Toneri's attack on Konoha."

"Kakashi's situation seems urgent!" Ryan promptly responded to the call for help.

In the Second Hokage Tobirama World, inspired by Ryan's recent achievements, Tobirama was motivated to continue developing more potent ninjutsu, aiming to integrate even more formidable Devil Fruit abilities and astonish the other Hokages.

Just as Tobirama contemplated his next steps, a piercing siren interrupted his thoughts. "An emergency from a Hokage world?" Tobirama grinned with excitement. "This is my chance to unveil my latest invention; it's sure to leave them in awe!"

In the Third Hokage Kakashi World, Kakashi, caught off guard by a call for help from his other self, responded without hesitation, recognizing the need to assist despite his challenges.

In the Tsukyomi Sixth Hokage Obito World,

Obito focused on improving his plans and accelerating the conquest of other nations, received an alarming signal. His countenance grew serious. "Is this from Kakashi's world?" Obito mused. "I'm on my way!" He promptly responded, unwavering in his commitment.

In the Fourth Hokage Namikaze Minato World, fresh from conquering a neighboring country, Minato hadn't yet celebrated his victory. However, upon receiving Kakashi's call for help, he understood his duty as a teacher to assist his disciples. With a warm smile, he replied promptly.
