After the chat group session, rewards were distributed, and everyone returned to their respective worlds. As Hokage, they were all incredibly busy, with numerous responsibilities awaiting them in their own worlds.

In the main world, as Ryan exited the meeting space, he found himself in the familiar Hokage office. The rewards from the chat group had already been credited to his account, adding a substantial 745,000 points.

Out of this total, 155,000 points were rewards for completing missions in the Pirate World, while the remaining 590,000 points were earned by Ryan himself.

This substantial gain was the result of their successful completion of the first heavenly mission, leaving Ryan feeling confident about tackling future missions of this magnitude.

However, Ryan hadn't yet decided how to utilize these hundreds of thousands of points. He contemplated the possibility of exchanging them for powerful items or abilities, but he ultimately chose to save them for now. Accumulating points seemed like a better plan, allowing him to exchange them for even more potent abilities in the future.

Ryan opted to temporarily collect the rewards and wait for the practical moment to exchange them. He knew that when he possessed the ability to significantly enhance himself, that would be the time to make those exciting exchanges.

Currently, he had more pressing concerns at hand—confronting Uchiha Madara of his world and the Black Zetsu. Despite the apparent prosperity of the Leaf Village and the various forces under his command, Madara continued to operate secretly, eluding Ryan's search efforts. This heightened his vigilance.

Given Madara and Black Zetsu's remarkable evasive abilities, Ryan couldn't predict when they might launch a sneak attack. To prevent such incidents, he decided to take proactive measures and prepare to confront Madara forces head-on.

Ryan believed that the best candidates to handle Madara were those who knew him well. Individuals like the First Hokage, Hashirama, and others who had grown up alongside him and fought alongside him for decades possessed an in-depth understanding of Madara.

However, many of those ninjas from that era had long since passed away, leaving Uchiha Madara as the sole survivor.

Ryan quickly devised a plan, realizing that he needed to resurrect individuals like Hashirama who possessed invaluable knowledge about Madara. The Outer Path: Rinne Rebirth Technique, which could resurrect the dead, was his chosen method. Fortunately, Ryan possessed the Rinnegan required for this powerful ninjutsu.

Although the technique was known to exact a heavy price—the user's life—Ryan discovered that it wasn't as straightforward as it seemed. Nagato might indeed die after employing it, but this was due to his depleted life energy from years of using the Rinnegan and various other ninjutsu.

Upon careful study, Ryan found that the technique didn't inherently lead to the user's death. It primarily consumed a significant amount of life energy, and Nagato's demise had been a result of his already weakened state. This revelation prompted Ryan to further investigate and experiment with the Outer Path: Rinne Rebirth Technique.

The life energy required for this ninjutsu was practically negligible when compared to his own overwhelming life energy. It was merely a drop in the bucket.

Understanding this fact, Ryan made up his mind. He decided to utilize the Rinne Tensei Technique to summon a large number of powerful ninjas, significantly bolstering the fighting power on his side. With this, he would no longer worry about whatever Madara had planned.

Ryan chose to conduct an experiment first by resurrecting two powerful Hokages to test the technique's effectiveness. If everything went smoothly, he would proceed with the mass resurrection of other ninjas.

Ryan's eyes transformed into Rinnegan, and an immense Chakra energy emanated from his body. Suddenly, a colossal portal appeared in the open space before him. Two green souls emerged from the portal and gradually solidified into bodies identical to ordinary people.

The first to be resurrected was Hashirama Senju, the First Hokage, followed by Tobirama Senju, the Second Hokage. As the two realized they had been brought back to life, they were overcome with shock.

"What... is this? I've been resurrected," said Senju, his voice filled with disbelief.

Tobirama Senju wore a more serious expression. "Could it be Impure World Reincarnation?"

"No," Hashirama replied, "this sensation is no different from being alive!"

While the two Hokage were still stunned, Ryan remained silent, allowing them to process the experience. He observed them to see if there were any discomforts or unusual sensations. After a thorough examination, Ryan felt satisfied.

"No special sensations," he remarked. "Just a minor loss of Chakra. It seems I can perform a large-scale resurrection next time."

Ryan couldn't help but smile at the prospect of summoning a multitude of powerful individuals to bolster his forces against Madara. This could potentially tip the odds heavily in his favor.

Hashirama and Tobirama's attention then turned to Ryan's attire, noticing the Hokage robe he wore. Curiosity got the better of them.

"Are you the new Hokage?" Hashirama inquired. "Which generation?"

Ryan replied, "I am Ryan, and I am the Fourth Hokage."

Hashirama nodded thoughtfully. "Ah... It appears not much time has passed."

"Is monkey dead too?" Tobirama asked.

Ryan confirmed it with a nod and proceeded to divulge the unsettling actions and decisions made by Sarutobi Hiruzen and Shimura Danzō.

Upon hearing the news, Hashirama and Tobirama exchanged dismayed glances, their anger simmering. They couldn't believe that such individuals had been chosen as Hokage. It was a grave mistake.

After understanding the situation and looking at their fully resurrected bodies, Tobirama couldn't contain his impatience.

"Boy, why have you resurrected the two of us? Is there some new forbidden technique invented by you?"

Tobirama was, as always, primarily interested in ninjutsu.

Ryan explained, "This is the Outer Path: Rinne Tensei Technique, a ninjutsu capable of completely resurrecting a person. It's different from techniques like Impure World Reincarnation. You are fully revived in your original state."

Both Hashirama and Tobirama were left in disbelief.

"The ninja world... has it progressed this rapidly?" Hashirama pondered.

"Even to the point of having this kind of ninjutsu?" Tobirama asked, his curiosity piqued.

Ryan smiled and reassured them, "No, we have united the ninja world."

Hashirama and Tobirama exchanged puzzled glances, awaiting further explanation.

I loved the chapter! I keep imagining Ryan saying, "I have a little problem and you guys are going to help me solve it."
