"Master Hokage, Uchiha Fugaku is here," a voice reported outside the door.

"Let him in," Ryan replied calmly.

Upon hearing the sound, Uchiha Fugaku, who was filled with worry, realized that there was no anger in Ryan's voice. It brought a sense of relief and he calmed down a bit. Fugaku carefully opened the door and entered the office.

Observing Ryan seated in the office, the man who had assumed the position of Hokage with lightning speed. Uchiha Fugaku dared not harbour any ill intentions. He spoke seriously, "Master Hokage, is there anything the Uchiha clan can do for you?"

"Rest assured, the Uchiha clan has always been an integral part of Konoha Village. We will work hard to cooperate," Fugaku declared, demonstrating his loyalty.

Ryan looked up and down at Fugaku, taking note of his behaviour. He sighed helplessly, realizing the proud nature of the Uchiha clan. The clan members only yearned for someone from their ranks to become Hokage and change the current situation in Konoha and within the clan. As a result, when Sarutobi Hiruzen and Shimura Danzo were chosen, and the Uchiha clan suffered. Ryan understood this predicament.

"The Uchiha patriarch need not be so reserved. As a member of Konoha and the Uchiha clan, I will treat everyone equally," Ryan assured Fugaku, acknowledging the clan's struggles.

Fugaku immediately pledged his loyalty and willingness to serve Ryan with unwavering devotion.

Ryan assured Fugaku that no formalities were necessary and provided further instructions.
