Question: is she still human underneath or did the suit really change her into a human-spider hybrid, like a drider? Can she also weave spider silk or crawl along the ceiling? Just asking, I read something about a magical suit and at first thought that this situation can be undone, as her aunt seemingly did at least once or is this transformation now permanent without a way back?

The transformation is reversible to some extent. Only someone with a lot of self-control can wear the Blood Widow costume, which is why Mia's aunt made her promise to only wear the catsuit. And Mia has already shown that she lets herself be controlled by the suit and more than that now it's going to be complete. I don't want to tell more, because there are still images to be discovered.
