They have made an improvement in Patreon, which I have joined to make the charges are fairer, I leave the description of this platform so you can explain it better than me:

"Patrons are billed on the day they subscribe and then on the same day of each month. For example, if a patron subscribes on the 10th, he will be charged on that day and thereafter on the 10th of each month. All patrons who joined prior to your change to subscription billing will continue to be charged on the 1st of each month."

This change will affect all returning Patreon and new Patreons.
