I think downgrade should be an option and I'm not sure but Iq loss as a separate thing from bimbofication and possibly some thing called sterotype.

I like all the options, but I voted weight gain (my fav) and ftm (since there aren't many of these stories). Would love more weight gain combined with bimbo like Sophie and Toni from Bright School BBW (since bimbo seems to be winning right now).
