Interesting that you kept their bodies and swapped their hairstyles. I think a rich Patty would spend more time in the gym, while a poorer Olivia might be a little thicker - and known to her husband as Livvy.

Add my vote for a "Alt-History" comic about these two. Perhaps even a Twilight Zone version where the "Good" one falls into the "Evil" reality and is forced into constant sexual situations in order to maintain the charade.
