Victoria would never let someone else be the "Star," she's just as self absorbed as her mother. You don't think Olivia and Patty are friends? Olivia is just trying to get Patty to live a little, she's just really bad at the whole "considering other's feelings." There will definitely be some interactions with Hannah and Victoria down the road, I just wanted to make sure to establish all the MILFs before moving on to their kids in the comics.
