This is Mike, a fanart character from the game "Inch by Inch" Dare Looks, LevelXProject (dare-looks.itch.io/inch-by-inc…).

This character have been created by FeatherpantsD, he looks like a scientist but in fact is an intern, he was left alone for a while so he played around with all the fancy chemicals till he made a... "coffee". Somebody thought he was a real scientist because of his looks.
