Troubleshooting Rewards (Patreon)

Hello everyone. I've been made recently aware that some of you arent able to see the rewards for tiers you're paying for. Is there anyone else here willing to be open about what they aren't able to see for their tiers? I'm trying to figure out how to fix this and having trouble figuring out whats wrong.
