This is one of their many private exhibitions to find certain ingredients in Rubber Zones V3. These zones are places where bloons tend to wonder, out of V1 to V5, the stronger and faster hostile threats are, especially bloons that wander separated. Only towers and heroes are permitted to enter these areas.
