Not only do the dangers of extreme cold get under the skin of our adventurers, but also into their psyche. High peaks and the biting cold of nearly frozen oceans make your minds weary.

It’s a miracle how travelers returning from such realms speak about a giant furry creature crossing ice and snow with firm and steady steps in the midst of severe blizzards.

Did insanity take over their consciousness? Could this monster be a bizarre dead-end of evolution? Or is it merely a legend, an arrogant boast of adventurers?

The greatest fear is fear of the unknown. As long as we only humors of this creature our heart is filled with fright. But is it more reassuring to discover some gigantean bones broken in half, blood-soaked fields of snow, and the dwelling of an enormous-sized humanoid monster of primitive intelligence?

Would it be possible to communicate with such a being, to tickle its palm? Does it feel fear, or is it only raw power that helps? Your heroes will have to find out.
