FETID POND AND UNDERWATER CAVES (Patreon)

The adventurers stumble upon a pond in the middle of a tangled forest. As the foul waters move a bit, they can make out the skeleton of some huge beast - a green dragon - and something shiny. As they gaze into the depths, struggling to make out what treasures lie beneath, they fail to see the pond shift, forming long tendrils that creep along the ground to ensnare them. 

What lies beneath? Some powerful monster like a Froghemoth, a Shambling Mound, or a Green Dragon? Is it a cavern leading to the Underdark or a Kraken's lair?

I let you make the call but continuing the train of thought I created a scene for a dark, underwater encounter and an underwater cave with 2 locations for CG patrons. 

You can give a new twist to these scenes by using the HUE functions of the new Dynamic Dungeons Editor, thus giving the maps an entirely different feeling.  Do your own experiments, you can export edited images and apply a custom grid using the free version.
