Since you really liked the plain dungeon and desert grids released earlier, I’ll continue to expand our maps with similar scenes, this time in a frozen style.

This is a massive pack with 5 different playmats and two extra for those who support all three creations of the month + 3d printable props!

Freezing, animated aged paper:

3 animated battle mats:

Night blizzard scene:

The 4 different ice shards models came out super cool and fit beautifully to these maps, you will also find them in the shared folder:

I tested all 3d models, they can be printed without support.  These in the picture were printed with transparent resin material.  I’m sure they look well in Underdark environments as well.

Two extra animated maps and statics, a night scene with arctic lights and another icy plain variation are given out to patrons in a private message who support all three creations that I release during the month:

Did you miss the exclusive gift folder? Support every (three) creations of the month and you’ll get the exclusive maps in the next month.

Many of you have asked what happened to the Editor update, I apologize for the delay.  My programmer had very little time so I involved a new developer who had to get settled and familiar with the project.  We are fixing even the last minor bugs, but we are very close to releasing.  Thank you for your patience and support.

Get your reward from this shared folder:

Thank you for your continued support!

These are fantastic. Any chance of getting the animated freezing paper as a gridless version? It could be great as the background for the landing page of my Icewind Dale campaign.

Thank you! I’m so glad to read that you like it. Sure, I’ll upload the gridless version on Monday.

Thanks a lot. I love that you are focusing a bit on Rime of the Frostmaiden (and general winter/snow themes) atm. Perfect timing for me, as I'm starting my RotF campaign next weekend :D

Absolutely fantastic! Thanks for continuing to do more ice/snow maps and in such high quality! Keep up the great work!

Those are fantastic, I think after my group is done with Curse of Strahd that'll have to be our next campaign. Any chance you may be working on any more CoS maps in the meantime? The Vistani camp coupled with the misty woods, underworld, and the Old Bonegrinder are really big hits with my group. The towns packs will come in handy for Valaki too. I'd love to see more CoS packs in the future :D

In the image above, is that someone drawing directly onto a TV screen, or is there a film over the screen? If directly on the TV what type of marker is it, and if a film may I ask where it was procured?

We used a basic dry erase market. There is a 2mm thick plexiglass sheet on the Tv. https://www.facebook.com/dynamicdungeons/photos/a.365858313834545/365858293834547/?type=3

Plexiglass at home depot/ lowes is about $30 to cover a flat screen TV, works great, protects the screen, and like shown you can draw on it and erase it easily.

May I ask if there are assets (or if any patrons have found good assets or props) to build on top of those frozen grids in a VTT? Sorry if I'm missing something, or if it was older releases, but if there were VTT ice shards, that would be awesome O:

These are from Forgotten Adventures are pretty cool. https://www.forgotten-adventures.net/product/map-making/assets/dungeon-decor-pack-03-crystals/

It cost $17 for the glass shop to cut a piece of glass to fit my 43 inch TV. I added the anti-glare coating which added $100 to the cost.
