From the start, I wanted to make a system that is customizable and can quickly create good-looking scenes for those who don't know how to use 3d software.  I have developed the Editor in such a way, and scenes built with these props are now close to the quality of scenes built in a true 3-D environment.

The latest free software update, 3.2.2 just came out today. It got more new features than I had originally planned, and I incorporated many of the suggestions I received from you, also several bugs have been fixed.

This month is a short trip to modular props, I will be back to normal rewards from March and video maps are coming again.

The exteriors have been ready for a while, but I was waiting for the interiors to be finished, so I can release them one after another at the same time (two rewards released in one post for easier access).

This huge two-part Medieval modular exterior props set includes many prefabricated roofs and road pieces and backgrounds for building outdoor and interior scenes that fit the mood of the already familiar urban set.

I've tried to put as many props into these packs as possible, you will find a total of nearly 200 files in these packs, but I'm looking forward to seeing what others you suggest to come in the future.

Thank you very much for your continued support, hope you like these ones!

Hi, it is asking for a password for some of the zip files

dynamicdungeons

Animation files are usually treated by google drive as password-protected archives, but if those are zipped, It should not ask for a password. It works for me using google chrome.

This is just amazing! I'm at a loss for words.. I've tried typing about 10 different sentences but deleted them again because I don't feel like they do justice to what you just did!

Amazing! I look forward to a version for castle walls and caves

The day has come! Thank you for giving us such great tools for city building...

Amazing work as always!! Thank you very much! Are there animated versions of the city backgrounds?

My wife just accused me of being a kid in a candy store... due to the goofy grin that appeared as I started to ignore her mid conversation, because I got distracted by this post as I routinely cleaned out my mail. This was exactly what I wanted/needed, without knowing it. Very awesome. And I agree with the others.. I love dynamic stuff that let's us build and alter out settings.. and modular (castle) walls would be a very cool next surprise... )

No, they’re stills in this pack, but I’m ready to expand the set if you have ideas. I’ll add modular stlye canal parts as animations and more trees.

Hey, so I updated my version to the latest but I am having an issue with accessing the toolbar popup when you click on a background to open the scene editor. The gear icon was moved to the bottom and I can not access it. Is this a resolution problem or something else??

Droolll! Looks sooo good!

It would also be nice to download the props and stuff without having to go to the Drive to do so

An amazing work! The opportunity to create your own animated maps is the dream of every DM! Now I just have to understand how to extend the days to create entire metropolises!

I finally decided to upgrade DD to 3.2 from 2.x and by Vecna's hand it is so much better. Honestly worth building the maps all over again. These modular packs are so well done, I really can't thank you enough.

Ah man! Looks like Trollskull Manor is getting a facelift!

Amazing work, I'm gleefully creating Waterdeep. Thank you very much! I have a request, too; (not sure if it is possible). Would it be doable to export- and import a map you created into a new file? I know you can take a screenshot, but then you lose the beautiful animations that came from the trees/fireplace etc.

Downloaded the props files but they wont load into the editor? There is a red circle with a line through it on the icon of the file? Tried every way I can think of.

Hi, where can I find doors? It does not seem to be in the pack (CG). Also where can I find traps and doors for dungeons? Thanks :)

Is there a way you could put all modular releases in one place? It's a pain to search for all the modular packs you released and download them. Thanks for your awesome work!

Is there a way to convert animation to gif or something...?

Anonymous

I've been creating some Waterdeep maps myself. Care to colab?

Zero The Grimm

Are there no gridless versions with the town and buildings?

This combined with the editing software is amazing. Is it possible to place the manual scaling grid over top of placed assets or is the idea to scale the grided assets to match the grid you have already scaled?

I love these modular city props. I just used them for the first time to create the famous inn - Yawning Portal in Waterdeep. Thanks to DD we have brought our dnd to next level. I would use more particle props like glowing candle or glowing lantern but there is enough to work with :). I hope I create more maps with these props for Waterdeep - Dragon Heist campaign.
