These are my favourite scenes at the moment, hope you also like it, more variations (broadleaf and tropical) will be added soon.

I did not forget the desert and snowy themed packs I promised, you can also expect to have them in the next months, and I'll start making some iconic scenes from official D&D modules.

It takes more time to finish the new modular dungeon or cave elements than I expected, so those will come from September.

Have a good time role-playing!

I am looking too. I’m thinking this one. <a href="https://www.bestbuy.com/site/samsung-40-class-led-mu6290-series-2160p-smart-4k-ultra-hd-tv-with-hdr/6028900.p?skuId=6028900" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">https://www.bestbuy.com/site/samsung-40-class-led-mu6290-series-2160p-smart-4k-ultra-hd-tv-with-hdr/6028900.p?skuId=6028900</a>

Im using a non-smart vizio 42 inch and it works great. The grids are practically spot on when running the videos looped on full screen through a pre-installed media player.

Might be a 43 inch now that I think about it, but either way; 42 or 43 inch and it's working beautifully. Im running and HDMI to my chrome book and using the stock media player to loop the animated maps. The static maps work just as well.

!!! Only issue I've encountered!!! About 2/3 of the animated maps I download don't play properly. They all skip at the same spot a few seconds in, then the video resumes, then it freezes all together.

I've done some research around the flat question as well, and the general take for LCD seems to be 'probably ok, but we won't say anything official because that might create liability."

What kind of mediaplayer did you use? Did you played them from external hard drive? Are you on Mac or Win? What kind of hardware do you have?

well im building this in to my table, so laying it flat. my existing 50' that is in my old table flickers a bit, dark light thing, every once in a while. not sure if its because its laying flat or some thing else, I have done all the checks on wire and such. so was just wondering if there was a better option.

dynamicdungeons

Any of the maps are flickering (which could be a rendering incompatibility or file issue) or everything? I think the TV should not flicker at all because of laying flat. Can it be a fluctuation in the electrical current, interference because devices are on the same circuit? Dis you try adjusting the refresh rate settings?

I did not, but I can try that. thanks

Murder Hobo Show

Hey guys, I used a 43' walmart brand sceptre tv 4K UHD tv for 2 years, its now my MAIN monitor for my actual computer as i have purchased a 50" SCEPTRE 4K UHD tv. They are cheapish, about 300 bucks US$. They have great line of sight radius (The dont black out when you look at it from an angle) The picture and color quality is great. The price is crazy good, and i wouldnt buy anything over 40 inches for a computer that was not 4k quality, if you do not purchase 4k you will totally notice pixelization on images (maybe not moving images but definetly a difference on still images).
