December 2022 update post! (Patreon)

We did it folks, we're official in the final sprint of the year! Holiday season is here and so is winter so I hope y'all stay warm and enjoy the holidays! give yourself a relaxed time during the last days of the year! 🙏💖

As the year's coming to an end an the holidays are approaching, so I'll be taking it slow this month (this time for real) and dedicate most of my time this month to studies since I just really want to improve my art and honestly alot of the events in the recent months (especially with twitter & the whole AI thing) got me so stressed I felt like alot of the time that I could not give myself the time to actually just... improve and try out things, without the pressure of it having to look presentable or postable. So I want to give myself that for this month. If the things I practise on look good and presentable, I will of course share them here but I want to use my free-ish time to actually learn and hopefully improve my craft!
So what does that mean?

I'll still do the usual, fanart voting poll will be hosted for this month too and the commission form will be reopened shortly after this, but otherwise I want to dedicate my time to improval and studies! Will probably take some characters from the study suggestions channel too but well, focussing on improving things I want to improve on, like getting good at drawing dicks and some other things, brushing up my skills on drawing hands, composition and trying out new rendering styles! 🙏 I'll gladly post whatever I draw that looks good enough to share of course, but not pressuring myself to have everything looks presentable! I hope you guys understand, I just really really want to get better at drawing again and feel more comfortable with my art !! this also includes finishing up some WIPs too (like hopefully the Shamir) that I really want to work on.

For the patreon reward sketches I can already tell you in advance that I'll be finishing them in early january and not around the end of December due to holidays, new years eve etc. and me spending these with friends (as probably most of you will too!) so they'll be posted with a few days delay, I hope you understand! 🙏💖submission timeframe for the sketches this month is December 25th- 30th! please make sure to keep your submissions according to my general ToS and rules and make sure to include visual references!

that about sums it up for now, thank you guys so much through the constant support through the year, means alot to me and I'll most likely write a separate 'thank you' post later this month, kinda as a retroperspective on this very wild ride of a year.
