Simptember doodle - Castle gardens (Patreon)

Another day another doodle, this one is an older WIP of mine that I never quite got to finish. So for today I got to indulge in the sometimes very relaxing art of painting backgrounds haha. Expect me to probably fumble around with the colors and contrast of this in the next few days too until I'm really happy with it, though I'm just glad I got to finish this at all :)

I've been wanting to draw them in the castle gardens for a while, it's a location where they usually met at night in the past when Kiran once again overworked herself and roamed the castle at times where everyone's asleep.... well with the exception of people like Grima. So they made it a habit in the past to meet there after running into each other several times by chance when Kiran was sneaking back to her room for some late night talks, both enjoying the peace and quiet you only get at night and not getting bothered by other people. Yes even Grima kept lecturing her after a while to go to sleep earlier and work less, even the fell dragon can get concerned I guess. Mostly though because if Kiran would overdo it he'd be stuck with all the other people in the order of heroes who he likes far less and having to interact with them c':

This picture is kinda unrelated to that BUT I was thinking about that alot while drawing on this, idk. I just love drawing them enjoy some kisses it's very therapeutic to me :)
