September update post! (Patreon)

Happy Simp-tember everyone ✨

I wanted to finish up a certain load of work before making this post and well since I finished it here's the monthly update post! Things are still pretty sluggish here, I have somewhat stable internet back at least but otherwise my home area is still suffering under the consequences of the flooding disaster.

can't believe it's September already, this year went by so fast but also not at all at the same time, it's really bizarre. I hope all of you are holding up alright! We're still living in very challenging times so make sure to take good care of yourselves and your loved ones, take breaks if needed and don't be too hard on yourself 🙏💕 We'll get through this.


I've decided to actually take this month to do something I've been slacking off with for a while now : doing more studies to work on my anatomy so I've decided that I most likely won't be doing a huge full render illustration for this month but rather smaller ones like the spectrier as example and also use character suggestions / voted characters in my studies. Technically this means more art overall for you guys, I've been told plenty of times that my sketches and flatcolor art is really neat too and working on improving the basics will only improve all of my future art :)

Also decided to combine it with simptember so I'm going to treat myself with self-indulgent doodles for studies too, I have alot of wips collected over the past few months that I never got to quite finish (including some really spicy stuff) that I'd love to finally finish. Of course if the mood & inspiration really hits me, I will do a big full render pic but otherwise I'm going to try focussing on doing studies for this month 💪 Please feel free to drop me character suggestions under this post for sketches & studies!

Next thing on my to do list for now is finishing the last commission, so that's going to be the next thing I'll be working on, after that I'll see what kind of commissions I'll be offering & doing next. So yeah Fox/Krystal is next on the menu 👀

Voting poll will most likely go online once I'm done with the commission.

For the chocolate tier people, please send me your sketch idea until the 12th of this month, via discord only and make sure to have your character references pinned! I will not design a character for you or work with vague descriptions. I will also not draw huge complex backgrounds for these sketches, as my tier description says the time limit for these is 2h.
