The archbishop and the king (Patreon)

I finally finished this! I've been working this on several consecutive days as good as I could with my current art block, I didn't want to do nothing at all because that would've left me feeling even worse. I'm still a bit insecure about some things on this picture, but I blame my current state for it.

I think I've already mentioned it, but this picture is supposed to be a mirror to the other Dimileth picture I did (not a super precise one though) as this is set in the future after the main story of the game and based on their paired ending where Byleth and Dimitri become Archbishop and King of Faerghus ( and husband and wife). It's pretty much a more wholesome version of the other piece to show another side of their relationship :)
I also picked these particular outfits for them  since I haven't drawn them in them yet and I wanted to get that from my inner checklist :3 Also Dimitri's facial hair has been inspired by his Father's! If his dad can grow a beard, so can he when he gets older plus it fits his NG+ hairstyle pretty well. I'm also very happy with my improvement on drawing humans! It's still not where I want it to be but I gotta take a moment and be proud of where I am right now on my road to improvement!

I'll be diving into the weekend now and hope that the new pokemon games will be able to breath some fresh air into the fog that is currently in my brain so I can start working on the commission sketches with full force on monday! Hope you guys have a great weekend! ♥
