Discord + Trello updates (Patreon)

Good morning everyone!  

I'm here with a few updates for you, as some of you might've seen I've added some new (even though rather minor) discord  rewards to some tiers! I've been also recently thinking about changing some of my rewards, adding some sort of a request stream or something like that, but since that's not part of today's update, we'll skip this.
