another commission WIP (Patreon)

for a special anniversary commission :3 that's all the pics I'll do for this month besides the comic, but you gotta finish the "easy" work first, right? :3 would've finished the limousine picture today, but I was feeling really bad so I lined and basecoloured this one instead :3
There are also pretty much many details missing, but I'll add those with the shading later!
