to open the colour rows window, click on the mod in the penumbra window, click on "advanced editing" tab and choose "material" tab in new opened window, then choose material that ends on "_b" from drop-down list and edit "specular" colour of row 15 (symbol) and 16 (base)!

To see changes, click "Save to File" above rows and then "Redraw Self" in Penumbra window!
