You can easily dye it in any colour you want with these steps:

If you use penumbra: click on the mod, then go to "Advanced Editing" tab, then opne "Materials" tab, select a material from dropdown list (any you want to be edited), and edit row #16 colour! (Diffuse colour is main color, Specular Colour is color of reflected light) Then click "Save to File"! Row 15 controuls outline if you using version with it

If you using TexTools: open Qiqirn Earrings, go to "Textures" tab, at the top right corner where it says "Texture Map" choose "ColorSet" from dropdown list, and edit "Diffuse Color" of row 16 to any you wish! (Diffuse colour is main color, Specular Colour is color of reflected light), dont forget to click "Save" at the top! Row 15 controuls outline if you using version with it
