(WIP) Mew Animation WIP2 (Patreon)

The past WIP was just the separation and optimization of layers.

This is still far from finished, I'm testing the tentacles movement since they are quite tricky, fluids and close ups are still missing as well as buttons. Some of the plants hasnt been animated yet. So this is just a general test to check how it would look in general.
