so how exactly do i beat the press at a proper speed thing when there is 0 indicator, nothing tells you how fast exactly, no clues, no hints nothing.

Mostly her dialogue is the indicator, however, I didn't want to be too obvious because if she straight out tells you, it would be just following instructions rather than the player experiment with the rythm.
