Updated Patreon Page (Patreon)

While writing tommorrow's reward letter I noticed my patreon page needed a bit of updating. I added some goals and condensed the tiers (updated some of the text too) so doesn't needlessly stretch the front page. I also updated my bio and thank you message since Im no longer using tumblr and wanted to add a brief introduction to what my patreon's all about :>

It's not long but when I have some free time I'll expand my bio a little. Speaking of free time, my header and icon needs replacing too...
