Been Sick (Patreon)

For a couple of days now I've had a small stomach pain and whenever I needed to use the toilet I either barely poop and don't poop at all. My first though was constipation. Yesterday was the worse though. I've spent the entirety of the day in bed with stomach pain and got up to use the toilet a lot. Still barely any poops but had to pee a lot. I barely ate anything and was just tired the whole day. I'm feeling a bit better today but I still have the stomach pain. It's just not as bad as it was yesterday and I believe I actually have an appetite today since I ate a sandwich when I got up.

Hopefully this isn't anything serious and it passes.
