2022 Summary of Art! (Patreon)

Heyoyoo everyone!

After a generous November on patreon, I've been dead busy IRL on December... Sorry ToT)

I've projects for the new year illustration ongoing, so I'll try to share you some sneak peek on discord :) If you have any complications to join the discord, please tell me by DM!

So, about this summary... I feel there were time I was feeling like "omg i'm producing nothing and just doodling around, so I've nothing new to show...@_@)", and this summary shows me I was probably wrong and it was just anxiety :P Now I just need to be more regular on posting here.

As I said on twitter, I was mostly surprised to see that I produced 3 NEW DOUJINSHI this year?! What I have done? :'D My main issue at the end of that year is that I was missing place on my booth to put all my books, and I don't want to stop selling the older ones for the moment (Mitsumekaeshite Liquid and Nasty Majesty).
I'm pretty proud of those three new books, moslty about graphic design because I'm sometime anxious about it (the more you master, the more you doubt...). Also I'm happy about the selling, as we sold out NIJIxHOLO at Japan Expo on the morning of the day 2/4, and mostly sold out all the Rose&Lavender at the Y/con. 🥰

When I made the NIJIxHOLO, I worked on having a very regular artstyle on the whole book and I'm pretty satisfied about it. As you may know, I complain sometime about not having a very regular artstyle, so it was nice to see that I'm able to control it. But it's just like... I can't refrain myself of also trying different more watercolor-ish style as I made on the end of the year. ¨--¨ ) When I drew Jolyne this month, it was a really great experience of free experimentalizing artstyle and I just want to go on act like this, despite that I'd like it more regular. I'm aware that it's a very subjective complain point that artists often struggle with.
