It's just gotten dark over here which means fireworks time! So here's a good 'ol American anime cutie to celebrate :3c Kind of an obscure one too haha I don't see much Kancolle bondage anywhere XP I was also debating whether I should draw USS Iowa here or USS Colorado (who I guess was just released recently XP). Since I'm from Colorado, she seemed like the obvious choice, but Iowa has those socks X3 I also made a lil sketchy up in the corner with a different angle too~ Wanted to get some practice in >      w  </

As a side note, I'm sketching out the first few OmniV story draws and should have 'em sketched out enough for y'all to see an here soon :3 I know a few of ya have been asking me about them X3
