Due to Kalene's massive, baby-filled womb, what would normally be a simple workout routine for her now becomes a monumental (if not impossible) task. So, since she can't just wait around for the not-so-little guys to come out doing nothing (trust me, she would literally burst if she stays still for more than 5 minutes), she's opted for... the only other way of keeping an active lifestyle.
