Baby Business - Exclusive WIP Preview (Patreon)

Alright, these last few days have had me running around doing errands, so I haven't had as much time as I'd like to work on this entry. Still, I believe I've done enough to share with you what I've come up with for the girls. 

As per the suggestions, Felicia and Paula will be promoting a fertility drug, so this entry will be some sort of risqué 18+ advertisement for it. In it, the girls are either from an alternate universe or through a second pregnancy, where they are clearly even more pregnant (especially Felicia, who's now carrying duodecaplets).
