New $8 Tier Reward Ideas (Patreon)

The idea of creating a new tier is still in the air. This time, I've decided to decrease the amount to be paid per month, as $10 was a little too steep after giving it some thought. Still, there isn't a concrete idea for what rewards could be offered. I'm leaning towards more voting power, along with some other reward I haven't decided on.
