Maddie sat propped on the bed. Her back pressed against the pillows behind her back. The flowered bedsheets ruffled under where she had perched herself. “Hey honey,” Maddie said softly and touched the top of her belly. “We need to talk.”

Josh’s mouth dropped open. He moved from the doorway of the candlelit room to her in an instant.

A million things raced through his mind. “Baby, you’re…” he placed his hands against her belly.

“Massive,” she finished with a slight roll of her eyes. “Tell me something I don’t know.”

“How did this happen?” his brain struggled to process what he was seeing and touching in front of him. He was gone a day. A single day, it looked as if she’d grown another three months or something impossible.

Yet, the truth would have been more impossible to believe had he known what had truly happened while he was away.

“Well, you see, about nine months ago, you and I had this amazing experience in the showers of the men’s locker room at…” she said sarcastically and scooted over so that he could sit down where she had been propped up.

“Mads, this isn’t funny, he said and slid under the covers and up against the wooden headboard. “Let me look at you,” he said and helped move her back towards his lap.

“I went to see Dr. Sanders this morning,” she started. “That part I had already texted you. I didn’t know how to explain…this. She gestured to her heavily swollen middle. She felt Josh touch the sides of her belly as she spoke. “They ran tests. I’m fine, our boys are fine…” she paused for a second.

Josh looked from the gravid roundness that her abdomen had transformed into. “But…” he said nervously waiting for her to continue.

Suddenly their children began to move within her. Josh could tell where each of the boys like to move within their beautiful mother’s womb. They were still settling on names, but the two boys on the sides were by far the more active. The sides of her belly shifted again and again. Together they watched feet press outwards against her tight, firm flesh.

Maddie bit her lip and suppressed a groan of pain. These movements were getting stronger and more frequent. There was no doubt they wanted out of their confined space and to come into the larger world around them. With her left hand, Maddie pressed down and held herself up for balance. She wanted to use the flashlight to show Josh her belly, to explain what had happened. The crazy news that still made her own mind spin…

The right side of her belly shifted dramatically and suddenly. “Wow,” Josh looked down closely and traced the prominent movement with his fingertips before her belly shifted again. Maddie’s flashlight highlighted just where the movement was the most intense. Strong and powerful movement danced across her wide fleshy expanse. “What’s got them so worked up?”

“Well, you see…” Maddie started, but then suddenly moaned. Not with pain this time. Her face flushed. Josh watched how her face suddenly changed into a mask of pleasure. He saw that nipples had become visibly erect through her tiny, sheer pink nightwear. The overhead light from Maddie’s flashlight shook slightly.

“Ooooh…” Maddie groaned again in pleasure. There was no denying her arousal. “Something’s happening…” she said with a breathy tone.

The kicking and movement across her distended womb had stopped. That was strange too. “What the heck is going on Maddie,” Josh said, now getting weirded out with how she hadn’t given him an answer and was now suddenly seemingly getting off.

The answer was moments away. However, it would yield only more questions in the coming days, up until the time came for her to give birth to their children.

Maddie’s belly, taut and stuffed full of life, began to grow. Visibly for them both to see. Her middle had already dominated Maddie’s lap, but now with how she was sitting, it wouldn’t be long before it would take up the space of Josh’s also.

Inches of baby-filled flesh poured forth from all angles of her roundness. She spread her legs wide and leaned back, making room for her expansion. It seemed that baby number four, her new girl, raced to catch up to her half-siblings. Rounder and rounder she grew. Bigger and heavier she felt. This woman’s fertility pressed onward by the might of her mysteriously transformed womb.

In a matter of moments, the stunned redhead would be the proud mother of four babies that were all approximately nine-months along. Nearly two feet of pure baby poured out from her body. She was not sure the tape measure she had would even completely reach around the gravidity that her abdomen had become.

The two parents sat dumbfounded and silent (save for Maddie’s coos of pleasure) while her round, firm dome finally stopped swelling. She was impossibly pregnant and what they just witness further cemented it in their minds. Maddie’s heavy, huge pregnant belly now pressed against the stunned man’s body. He couldn’t process or understand how his girlfriend could actually grow more pregnant. Then…she did it right in front of him. He looked down at the biggest pregnant belly that he’d ever seen.

Maddie sought to catch her breath, momentarily lost with equal parts exertion and pleasure. “That was our fourth baby, catching up with her brothers…” she said.

Josh looked from Maddie’s face to the belly he was still touching, then back to her face. He felt the blood rush from his head as his brain tried to process the order and sequence of words that made no logical sense.

“Baby number…four?” he croaked moments before his vision tunneled. “I’m going to…” Josh’s head fell backwards as he passed out. The soft pillows behind him buffered the impact of his head as it hit the headboard behind him.

Maddie’s bare underbelly pressed against the unconscious Josh’s bare chest, swollen further in impressive size with new life, sired by another man.
