How to start from a blank canvas (Patreon)

I might do a longer video on this subject. But I started a new piece tonight so I did a quick little video about it.

In short the best way to start from a blank canvas is to bring something to it. You make art because you find things in life interesting, you have ideas, etc. record those things. In writing, drawing, however it makes sense to keep track of it. Then when the blank canvas stares at you, you can have something to say.

That’s way better than how I said it in this video. I’ll make a better video about it in the future.
