When Allen first discovered he could separate his soul from his body, he wasn’t quite sure he knew what to do with this ability. He couldn’t seem to interact with any physical items while in his astral form, which felt somewhat limiting. 

He wasn’t sure how the idea of possessing someone finally came into his head. But when he saw the woman alone on the street tying her shoes, he knew he had to try it. Even though he knew she couldn’t see him, he approached slowly.

When he was right behind her, she stopped and looked back. Did she see him? No, that would be silly. But now wasn’t the time for hesitation. He went straight for it by just trying to occupy the same space as she was.

And...it worked. He had successfully possessed her. He could control her. He wondered if she was aware of it, or if it was like she was asleep. Not that he cared all that much; none of that was going to stop him from having a good time tonight in this body.
